Braided Brioche
You guys know I love baking bread & every month I try my hand at some new bread recipe, now this a recipe I have made before & it always turns out great. The recipe is for a brioche & to make it a little more fancy I’m giving it these cool b braids.
A wonderful bread to make at home & its great for making French toast, sandwiches etc.

Ingredients
For the dough
2 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp yeast ( mixed with 1/4 cup warm water)
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup softened butter
For the egg wash
1 eggs
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp sugar
Other ingredients
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3-4 tbsp melted butter
Bake in preheated oven at 175°c for 30-35 mins
FOR EGGLESS DOUGH
For the dough

2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup softened butter
For the milk wash
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
Other ingredients
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3-4 tbsp melted butter
Bake in preheated oven at 175°c for 30-35 mins
