INGREDIENTS:- Milk Bread, Grated Cheese, Butter,
2 Boiled Potato, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/4 Tsp Chat Masala, 1/4 Tsp Kasuri Methi, 1/2 Cup Grated Carrot,2 Chopped Chilli ,1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder,1/2 Tsp Ginger Paste, 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper, 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder, Salt to taste, Melted Butter, 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour ( Maida).
Make the stuffing by combining all the listed ingredients under stuffing group and keep it aside to cool.
Remove the crust from the bread slice and roll each using a rolling pin.Place a rolled slice and spread 1 Tbsp of prepared stuffing along with some cheese, cover it up with another piece of rolled bread slice by applying the plain flour paste on the corners and seal the same using a fork.
Place the pocket on a greased baking tray, brush butter evenly on top of bread pocket and bake in a pre heated oven at 200^ C for 15 minutes.Turn them over and bake again for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
