Bake with me THE ANCIENT SOURDOUGH BREAD

100 gr sourdough
250 ml warm water
500 gr any kind of flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mahlab (optional)
mix sourdough, water, flour. Cover rest 30 minutes than add olive oil, salt, mahlab. Cover with wet cotton towel let it sit 2 hours . Than start folding every 30 minutes 4 times and put final dough in a Dutch oven (lay parchment paper ) and put it in the fridge overnight . Heat oven 455 F . Put water in a stainless steel container for moisture and place it in the oven at lower rack . Cook 30 minutes with lid than take lid off and drop the temprature to 420 F and cook another 30 minutes ANNNDDD Put some butter and enjoy your fresh bread 🙂
