Artisan Bread Baked in Cast Iron

Artisan Bread: 3-1/2 Cups Bread Flour; 3/4 teaspoon Instant Dried Yeast; 1 teaspoon Sea Salt; 1 teaspoon Sugar; 2 Cups Warm Water. Mix, Cover, Set aside to double. Knead on a slightly floured surface for 5 minutes. I put a small amount of Olive Oil in the Cast Iron skillet. Put dough in the skillet and sprinkle with chia or sesame seeds. Let it rise for a few minutes. Slash cuts on top of dough. Bake at 425 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. This recipe can be adjusted and always turns out good. Sometimes I replace some of the bread flour with Whole Wheat Flour. Sometimes I bake small loaves instead of one large loaf. In that case, I would reduce the temperature and length of time baking.
