Cooking time – 12-14 minutes Portion – 02

04 slice bread
200 gms paneer
02 -03 medium-sized potatoes ( boiled)
02 green chili- finely chopped
01 tsp red chili powder
01 tsp jeera powder
02 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste

For Batter
01 cup gram flour ( besan)
¼ tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Water- 200 ml
01 tsp sooji ( optional)
Oil for frying

Chat masala – to sprinkle

Method-
Take a bowl and add boiled potatoes. While adding potatoes to a bowl, add few by mashing by hand
and another by grating it.
Tip- it will give a nice texture in the pakora
Then add red chili, chaat masala, jeera powder, green chilies, salt as per mentioned.
Mix it well and then take a piece of bread.
Spread green chutney to one piece and put paneer slice to it.
Tip- Preferably it should be of bread size
Then spread potato mixture to other bread slice and book fold it.
After that, take another bowl, add gram flour, red chili, turmeric powder, salt, sooji and water
and make a batter of dropping consistency.
Dip the bread sandwich in the batter.
Take a pan, heat oil and deep fry the bread.
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot
Garnish- Green chutney
