Recipe:
2 blocks of cream cheese
1/2 cup of packed dark brown sugar
2 cups of pumpkin puree
1 tsp of cinnimon & pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp of vanilla
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
2 deep dish pie shells
preheat oven to 425 bake for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool and top with whip cream & sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top. Hope you enjoy!!!

[Music]hi everyone I’m so glad you’re joiningme today on Stacey’s country cooking I’mmaking pumpkin pies I previously madesome pumpkin puree that I stored in thefreezer so I’ve got that thaw now andI’m making some pumpkin pies out of ittoday my pies are a little differentthey’re not like traditional pumpkinpiesthey have cream cheese in them so I hopeyou like it thank you so much forstarting off with two blocks of creamcheese this pumpkin pie it’s a littledifferent than original pumpkin pie oopsit’s a little fluffy and it’s got somecream to it on the sides and then I’mgonna add my brown sugar and whip itwith cream cheese and the vanilla thatkind of loosens the cream cheese up alittle brown sugar it’s a half a cup ofpacked brown sugar a tablespoon ofvanillaafter you get your brown sugar creamcheese and vanilla mixed up I’m gonnaturn it down race the lid race it up mymy pumpkin puree that I had fixed fromJackson’s orchard pumpkin the other dayand I have froze it now I’m gonna pourthis in there it’s two cups I preparepumpkin parade we’ve really enjoyed ourtrip when we went to Jackson’s orchard Ilove going there we try to go aboutthree times a year to pick up some stuffhey after you put the pumpkin in thereyou turn it back onand then to the ends you add some saltabout 1/4 teaspoon of salt about ateaspoon of cinnamon1/2 a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spiceblend that way only start adding in acan of sweetened condensed milk notevaporated milk sweetened condensed milkand slowly let it add in therethis will make two pumpkin pies I usethe deep shell and today I’m just usingthe frozen pie shells my MarieCallender’s I wipe those kinda reallybuttery and flaky if we’re not makinghomemade like when you get everythingblended together make sure you scrapethe bow really good every time inbetween okay let that drain off a littleI got my two pie shells and I’m gonnapour half in one and then the other halfand try to get it even I got some moreto put in this onehey now they’re ready to put in the ovenmy pumpkin pies are done I just pulledthem out the edges this is what mypumpkin pie looked like when it got doneI topped it with whipped cream andsprinkled some pumpkin pie spice on tophope you enjoyed my video today pleasesubscribe and tap the bell if you wantnotifications for my videos I hope youhave a great day thanks so much forwatchingyou
