I had this kind of bread before I went vegan and it’s not supposed to be crunchy on the outside or anywhere else. Even so, any attempt to veganize is virtuous and you’re quirky in a good way.
The fact that this was all shot in the kitchen makes me like it 10x’s more. How is that?
