Waffles recipe. This is the best waffles recipe I’ve ever tried. Remind me of waffles from my childhood. Very simple and easy. I’m using Gordon Ramsay’s waffle maker but will be working with any waffle maker.
Ingredients:
2 cups of self-rising flour
2 eggs (split whites and yolks)
0.5 cup sunflower oil
2 cups (0.5 l) of milk
1.5 tbsp potato starch
pinch of salt
2 tbsp sugar
