BUBBLE WAFFLE (No Maida & No butter) @home and that too without a waffle maker. As this recipe is definitely healthy as I did not add any maida or butter to it, it’s a perfect dessert option for your meal. I had substituted both with Wheat Flour and Ghee!! And Guys, Ghee is healthy😋 It was totally homemade without much of a headache. No fancy items required nor a toast maker. Super easy and a quick dessert option for any occasion. This recipe is for all the Waffle lovers!! So will you make it?

Have put up a short clip also on how to make it perfectly on a Appe/Appam pan.
Also guys please use only Non- stick Appe ( paniyaram) pan and do not grease with any thing.
Recipe: Bubble Waffle
Wheat flour – 1cup
Cornflour – 2tbsp
Baking powder – 1tsp
Baking soda – 1/4tsp
Salt – pinch
Powdered Sugar – 4tbsp
Milk – 1.5cup
Vanilla essence – 1tsp
Ghee or butter – 3tbsp
Step1: In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients mentioned above & mix well.
Step2: Now add all the wet ingredients and mix well.
Step3: The batter should be of a dosa batter consistency. If required add more milk to make it thin.
Step4: Now take a Appe/appam pan – NON STICK APPE PAN (ONLY) and heat it.
Step5: Do not grease any ghee or oil. Now pour all the batter all over the pan. Do not leave any space. Cover it completely with a spoon.
Step6: Close it with a lid and cook for 2 minutes only on LOW flame only.
Step7: If you want crispy, cook for 2 minutes more. Switch off the flame then.
Step8: Remove all the sides and now let it cool down.
Step9: Using a plate or any board and topple it.
Step10: It has to come out clean without any break.
Step11: Drizzle some chocolate sauce or Ice cream.
Delicious and crispy Bubble Waffle is ready at home!!
