Stop missing waffles because now you can make Waffles at home!
Try this easy recipe and enjoy it with your friends and i hope you like it.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour-1 1/2 cup
Sugar- 4 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Baking powder-1 1/2 tablespoon
Egg-2 yolk and whites separated
Oil- 1/2 cup
Butter milk- 3/4th cup curd+ 1/2 cup milk mix together
Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients
Flour+sugar+salt+baking powder
Then mix all wet ingredients
Oil+egg yolk+ buttermilk
Now beat the egg white separately till fluffy
Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients nicely then add egg whites and fold it lightly till mixed properly
Now put it on hot waffle machine and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or till it’s light brown
Serve with
Maple syrup
Ice cream
Nutella
Seasonal fruits and whip cream
