Ingredients
3 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 cup warm water (for flax meal)
1/2 cup (or slightly less) coconut oil
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 cups all purpose flour
1/8 cup raw sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Method
Grind the flax seeds into a fine powder. Mix in the warm water. Now melt the coconut oil in a bowl and mix all the ingredients in it. Mix it so that it doesn’t have any lumps. Let the batter rest for about 10 mins. Now pour it into the waffle moulds to make waffles.
