Healthy soya sizzling waffles :
In this recipe, I made healthy soya waffles with healthy ingredients like soya granules, finger millet flour , wheat flour etc. The taste of this soya waffle is very awesome as compared to all purpose flour’s waffle.
1/2 cup nutrela soya granules
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup finger millet flour (ragi flour)
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tsp nutella
1 cup milk
For sizzling sauce:
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/2 cup fresh cream
For serving :
Vanilla ice cream
To make soya waffles, add soya granules in boiled water and keep it for 5 minutes. Then rinse for 2 times, squeeze it. Now add it in mixer jar and grind it to a smmoth paste.
Soak flax seeds powder in a water for 10 minutes.
Add soya granules paste in a bowl, all ingredients of waffles and flax seeds paste, mix it well and make smooth batter.
Grease waffle maker with oil, add this mixture in waffle maker and make waffles.
To make sizzling sauce add dark chocolate and fresh cream in a nonstick pan and cook it for a minute on law flame. Then mix it well.
For serving, cover iron tray with foil paper and heat it. Now place it on wooden tray. Put some crushed waffle in between of the iron tray, then add waffles on it. Put vanilla ice cream on the waffles and drizzle chocolate sauce on it. Add sizzling sauce on and around the waffles. Garnish it with mint leaves and serve it.
