INGREDIENTS
4 large eggs
4 oz. cream cheese softened
3 tbsp coconut flour
3 oz. cheddar cheese cubed or shredded
1 small jalapeno chopped
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
HOW TO MAKE KETO SAVORY WAFFLES?
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth batter is formed. You can also combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure to use shredded cheddar and chopped jalapeno.
Allow the batter to rest for about 5 minutes to allow it to get slightly thick.
Heat your waffle maker and grease on both sides, if needed.
Pour about 1/3 cup of batter and cook for 4-5 minutes until super crispy.
Repeat with the remaining batter and serve warm!
