PEANUT BUTTER WAFFLES – vegan – refined sugar free – oil free

In this video I’ll show you how to make these healthy and delicious peanut butter chocolate waffles.
It’s one of my favorite recipes & I’m sure you’ll love them too !

RECIPE :

ingredients :

◦ 2 cups oats (180gr)
◦ 1/2 cup spelt flour (55gr)
◦ 2 ripe bananas
◦ 2 tbsp peanut butter
◦ 2 tbsp cacao powder
◦ 2 tbsp ground flax + 2 tbsp water
◦ 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
◦ 1tsp cream of tar tar
◦ 1 tsp arrowroot powder
◦ 1 tsp baking soda
◦ 0,5 l oat milk

directions :

1. make your flax egg (mix 2 tbsp ground flax with 2 tbsp water)
2. put all ingredients in a blender
3. blend
4. preheat waffle iron
5. put mixture in waffle iron (make sure you keep it closed for at least 5 minutes)
6. top them off with anything you want

I topped these babies off with crushed peanuts, cacao nibs, banana, chia seeds, hemp seeds, puffed quinoa, coconut yoghurt & coconut flakes 🙂
