These Keto Cloud Waffles are to die for! They are absolutely amazing if you have been missing your old big breakfast, craving something light and fluffy in the morning, or as a guilty pleasure in the evening! I love to top my waffles with a generous amount of grass fed butter along with Waldon Farms 0 Calorie Syrup. (You can buy it here: https://amzn.to/2M5CbXl). You can use the base of this batter, the eggs and cream cheese, at a 1:1 ratio (egg/oz) to make all kinds of “Cloud” type breads. I make pancakes using this batter, hamburger buns, and poofy “crackers” that are great for dipping. Eat these any time of the day. They store well in the fridge and can be reheated in a toaster oven to help regain some of the light and airy crispiness.

1 Tsp Cinnamon (Optional). Try experimenting with making savory waffles by adding garlic, onions, or chives and topping with sour cream instead of syrup!
