My kids love waffles for breakfast. I found a simple recipe for myself that does not take much time. Now I cook these waffles almost every day. The children are delighted.
· Butter – 150 grams;
· Sugar – 150 grams;
· Eggs – 3 pcs;
· Milk – 200 ml;
· Flour – 300 grams;
· Baking powder – 8 grams.
Soften the butter. Add sugar and grind thoroughly. Drive in eggs. Mix. Pour in milk. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
Preheat a waffle iron or hawking technique. Lubricate with oil so that it does not burn. Lay out the dough. Bake for 5-7 minutes depending on the type of device.
Can be done in a skillet or oven. You get a kind of pancakes or waffles, but in a different shape.
