Waffles Recipes


1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup quinoa flour
Dash of salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
1 egg
1tsp vanilla
3/4 cups milk

This recipe made 2 huge waffles

•I used turbinado sugar (sugar in the raw is a popular brand. You may also find it in the bull section of natural food stores)
•coconut oil
•oat milk

Flax seed egg substitute: 1 egg = 1tbsp flax seeds + 3 1/2 tbsp water
Let sit 5 min. and use

hi guys today we are going to makeexcuse my hair forest all rightwe’re gonna make a waffle all right mydaughter she’s very picky she’s twoyears oldi’m sure you guys can relate if you havepicky eatersat home so i’m trying toadd as many nutrients sneak them in intoher foods as i canalright um we’re gonna be using quinoaflourcoconut oil umoat milk you know all good stuffso stick around if you’re trying tolearn a little somethingall right so here i’ve blended one cupof waterand a quarter cup of oats and this isgoing to be ourmilk base for the waffleso here we have for the dry ingredientswe have a dash ofsalt we have a quarter teaspoon ofbaking soda a quarter teaspoon of bakingpowderwe have three quarter cups of floura quarter cup of quinoa flourum what else we have twotablespoons of sugar nowthe sugar that i use is turbinado sugari’ll get into that in another videoand you can find that in a lot ofsupermarkets nowand let’s see the quinoa flour i makemyselfi will have that in the description boxum how i make my quinoa flourfor our wet ingredients we have one eggwe have a cupof our milk of choice in thiscase i am using the oat milk which i’veblendedone cup of water with a quarter cup ofoatsi’ve i didn’t strain it i kept the fiberin thereand i have one teaspoon of vanilla inthere if you want to make this recipeinto a vegan recipeyou can replace the egg with flaxseedeggi will have it in the description how tomake flaxseed eggso this consistency is for waffleif you can see it’s very liquidy now itwas even more liquidythan this so iwould advise to put only three quartercupsof milk for thisrecipe i fixed mines i putcheese a tablespoon more of quinoa flourand a tablespoon moreof flour and it got to the right waffleconsistencynow guys don’t be like me i forgot toaddthe oil umi usually add a tablespoon of coconutoiladd the oil of your choice add meltedbutter if you’d likeif you like it on the sweeter side youlike the wafflegood if you like it on a sweeter sideadd a tablespoon more of sugar all rightwell thank you for tuning in don’tforget to like and subscribe and untilnext time
