Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs divided
1 ⅔ cup milk
6 tbsp of unsalted butter melted (replacement: ⅓ cup oil)
1 tsp vanilla extract
