In this video we’re making Belgian waffles that are mellow, crispy and airy. They are not too sweet and do not contain yeast so they’re healthier than common Belgian waffles.
Also, this recipe is very easy and quick to make.
If you want sweeter and more authentic waffles, you can add pearl sugar.
The cardamom in my little secret addition to the recipe. You can skip it if you want, but I think they make the waffles a lot more tasty and interesting.
Here are the ingredients:
3 eggs
5 oz (150g) of butter
8 oz (225g) of flour
5 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla sugar
1 tsp. of cardamom
1/2 tsp. of baking powder
