1 cup (225 g / 8 oz) Sourdough Discard
2 cups (240 g / 8 1/2 oz) all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons (28 g / 1 oz) sugar
2 cups (450 g / 15 7/8 oz) buttermilk
2 eggs
1/4 cup (55 g / 2 oz) butter, melted
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
