Its Andy from AJW Fitness and
today I’m going to show you guys how tomake keto waffles, so let’s get this
the video started. For our keto waffle mixtoday or keto low-carb waffles we’re
going to be using four tablespoons oforganic coconut sugar, 4 tablespoons of
organic coconut flour, 125 grams ofunsalted butter, 5 medium-sized eggs, 3
tablespoons of cream, 1 teaspoon ofbaking powder and 1 teaspoon of vanilla
extract. All we need to separate the eggwhites and egg yolks. I’m just gonna
use one of these. You don’t have to useone of these you can do the old one
shell into another. Okay for this I’lljust use this.We want to whisk up egg whiteskeep on stirring until you get some
volume. You want to see peaks.Mix the egg yolks with the coconut flour,
sugar and baking powderinto our melted butter.Now add in the cream and the vanilla extractWe’re going to fold in the egg whitesand then you should have this nice
consistency.I have plugged in the waffle maker, just going to let it heat up.They look the part, but going to lerave them a bit longer.This is the finished product. So I’m
gonna have them for my lunch with some chicken.Okay they are
definitely waffles.They are a lot lighter than normal
waffles would be. But then there isn’t aa lot of sugar in the waffle mix.
So that’s gonna be nice with some chicken.Chicken and waffles! All right……
