How to Make Herbalife Protein Waffles

Hi everyone, I hope you all are staying well and safe during this time with covid-19!

I have started my health journey with Herbalife nutrition & I couldn’t be more happier with this decision since it has worked wonders for me!
So far I’ve lost 27lbs on my weight-loss journey! My current weight is 169 lbs and my goal weight is 150 lbs and to tone and lose more body fat!

Below are the ingredients on how to make Herbalife Waffles
– 3 eggs whites
– 1/2 cup of oats/ Oat Bran
– 1/2 cup of water
– 2 scoops of Formula one (whichever flavor you like)
– 1 scoop of protein powder

Blend for 30-60 seconds

Spray with non stick

Use sugar-free syrup and ENJOY 🙂

I placed my waffle maker on 3/4 it depends on your liking 🙂

yeah come on up in heaven hi guys goodmorning welcome back to my channel and Ijust thought it would be a great ideafor me to grab my camera since you guysaxe every time I make my Herbalifewaffles how did I make them they look sogoodwhich they are extremely delicious so Idecided to wake up this morning andbring you along with me in the kitchenso we can make some curvy like wafflesokay so I have my egg whites that havejust been placed in this glass bowl soI’m going to take some oats I’m gonna do1/2 cup of oats so 1/2 cup of oats I’mgonna put it in my ninja cup so I canblend it now I’m gonna take my proteindrink mix and I’m gonna do one scoopthen I’m gonna take pumpkin spice myabsolute favoriteand we’re gonna do two scoopswe’re now going to add the three eggwhites and our half cup of water and nowI’m just gonna go ahead and cover myninja my ninja cup and we’re gonna bringin to the blending process[Music]this should be the consistency just likea shake and we’re gonna add it to thewaffle maker all right so now the lightis on it’s ready so I’m just gonna goahead and open that open our shake andthen we’re just gonna go ahead and pourit in so this is our complete shape thathas been added in hopefully we didn’tput too much perfect and then what I dolike about this cuisine art once you goahead and put the waffle in there youjust give it a turn and we wait abovethe bubbles so now that we’re waitingfor our waffles to finish which you onlytake a few minutes I’m gonna go aheadand make my tea which is going to giveme all the energy that I need to startmy day[Music]this is amazingbut guess what I walk whoa it’s ready ifthey get a little messy but hey it can’thappen so I’m just gonna oh look at ourwaffle it looks so good got a fork I’mjust gonna take it down it smells upmeizu I’m gonna get a bigger plate butthis is our waffle it looks so deliciousnow I did grab the Pro lessa duo whichis a dual action hunger control and fatreduction powder it actually targets thebelly fat and it’s an appetitesuppressant so when I do make my shakesin the morning as well as my dinnershakes I do add a scoop of pearl s/o tomy shake so that’s pretty much the samething I’m gonna do with my waffle so youever went to the fair or anything likethat they always have like a powderedsugar like on your funnel cakes butwe’re gonna make our breakfast funnelprotein waffle so I’m gonna take onescoop of promesa and it does not changethe flavor of your waffle at all so I’mjust gonna go ahead and sprinkle thepearl esta on my waffle that’s a dig inguys again you can use your own makesure that when you guys are eating yourprotein waffle that you are usingsugar-free syrup I’m gonna add my syruplooks so delish and just to know thatyou are still eating right you’re eatingyour shake and this is one of the manyreasons why I decided to go withHerbalife nutrition because everythingabout the company is about nutritionI just love it the kinds of waffles andI always thought being on a weight-lossjourney I had to give up so much thingswaffles pancakes muffins but I can usemy own products to make the things thatI love and still not feel guilty becauseI’m still eating what I’m supposed to beeating staying aligned with my goalsbecause even though we’re in quarantinethose goals don’t change like thatshould just make you even go harder butI’ll do another video getting to thatthank you guys so much for watching I’mgonna
