How to Make Gluten Free Waffles – these waffles are made out of pumpkin puree, gluten free flour, maple syrup, eggs, almond milk and coconut oil. Sense we are not using any dairy these are now dairy free waffles, too!
Right now I am doing a fodmap diet where I can’t eat flour, or dairy. This by far is my favorite fodmap recipe for breakfast.

1 tablespoons baking powder or 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut oil melted
1 cup pumpkin puree from the can
3 tablespoons maple syrup
