Egg – 2pcs
Butter – 10g
Sugar – 30g
Milk – 120g
Low-gluten Flour -120g
To serve – Honey,Ice Cream,Chocolate Sauce or blueberry jam
The making of waffle batter:
1.Add melted butter, milk, and flour to separated egg yolk, mix it all together.
2.Add sugar in multiple times and beat egg white until fluffy or lighter.

3.Add the fluffy egg white to the batter and mix together.
