hello everybody welcome to Artie’skitchen today I will be making apendulum recipe called the honey clusterwaferokay you must have already eatengrateful at some time so let’s checkwhat goes into it first let me show youthis this is called the wafer machine Ihave already started to preheat it okaynow let’s check what the ingredients aresee this is one and a half cup ofall-purpose flour or what we call themica which is very importantnext comes the wet and other ingredientsthat go with it now in this floor I willbe adding 2 TSP of sugar 2 TSP of bakingpowder and about what it is boon of saltI also have one in the quarter cup ofoilyou wanted a quarter cup of buttermilksome vanilla essence and 2x now whatI’ve done is I have separated the eggyolk and the egg white pilot and I’mbeating it to make it good now let’sjust begin the process the other sidenow the wet ingredients I will firstpour the buttermilk in thistherefore in the alwaysjust mix itdojust mix thisand keep it aside put in the sugar thisis the biggiejust mix all these 3 ingredientstogether I will start adding thisso can you remind me what this is thisis the mixture of buttermilk the yolkand oh how much vitamin it should beneeded oh I used 1 and 1/4 cup measureall the ingredientseven though oil is the same quantity noyou will find that I have not added theegg white as yet the reason is I willhave to first check how much buttermilkthis floor is able to take it sometimesthe multiple quantity might have to beincreased because the floor might be alittle more it might have to take inmore so don’t worry in case if that isthe problemso should we keep it very smooth orshould we let some machinist be theresee that we your the thing is all theingredients have to be properly mixedthere is no need for it to have a verysmooth texture okay I have just added alittle more butter made just in case youwill find that I am NOT beating this I’mjust mixing all this togetherthis egg-white rigorously stirred rightit should be vigorously stirred itshould be but as much as possible I’llmake it as stiff as possible so that themore you visit that will be more air ingreen in it which will help I think itshould be opaque white right well sinceI am making the plain one I am lateradding the honey so I’m not putting anycolor or anything in fact if you want tomake chocolate wafers you can addchocolate powder too so now let’s justdo this I have still not added thevanilla cells which I will be doing verysoon I adding this vanilla essence isbecause it gives out a very nice aromagive the texture there are some lumpsdon’t worry about itthere is no need for it to be very supersmooth it’s the main thing here is wehave to mix all the ingredients togetherthat’s important okay now I will add theessence just a couple of drops you canadd any essence of your choice here aresome vanilla essence 20 lies yesI can see the consistency and uh no yesnow let me just go ahead and start theprocess so the oven should be preheatedyes it’s the way for makeup see justwe have to ensure where everything islike properly filled or it fills byitself it can fillso now we wait for three minutes now letthis wait for some timewelcome back now the riffle is beingcooked it is in progress within a fewmore seconds or so a minute and maybeMax and I will be able to have a glimpseof it by the waythe aroma has already filled the kitchenand my tummy is already rumbling justchecklet me look at it yummy right mmmso if you want it to be a little morebrown we can keep it or some more timeso it’s just a matter of time let me gokeeping it but before that I will coolit so I have kept this rack ready and Ialso have kept my honey ready so I’mjust waiting it come outso honey can be substituted for maplesyrup right yes honey is more betterbecause it’s nice and what are theseblack red things are they cranberrythese are cranberries you can add anytype of fruits you can I since I havegot these cranberries right now I haveyou can even add blueberries you canhave whipped cream you can theimagination you know it’s just yourimagination so what I’m doing right nowis getting it outyeahcan you see this lovely faithful it’sready to be eaten well let’s have somepatience because it needs to cool downthat’s the reason I kept this tray herethis right I’m sorrythen I will cut it and arrange it so anyquestions you have about this when can Ieat it well you just have to wait for itto cool down okay I think it’s prettycool right now you can see the back sidealso it has come very nicely in fact ithas cooled off much fasterstupid FAST my mouth is wateringvery easy to make Benjamin paper isright now what I need to do is drizzlethis generously generously because youremember I am NOT added much sugar soyou can add this generouslyready to eat
