QUICK WAFFLES RECIPE
2 cups Pioneer baking mix (or any other brand mix for making pancakes & waffles)
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
COOKING WAFFLES
1.) Heat waffle griddle to 350 F.
2.) Mix batter. Pour batter to fill the waffle molds. Close the waffle maker lid and press down.
3.) Allow to cook 3-4 minutes before checking on them. My waffle maker seems to get hotter on the bottom part of the griddle.
4.) Move to a platter and add butter, syrup and your favorite fruit topping.
