In today’s recipe we’re making Chocolate Waffles which is eggless and we’re making it without any waffle machine by one more bitee
INGREDIENTS:
•1cup all purpose flour or Maida
•1/2cup powdered sugar
•1tbsp corn flour
•1tsp baking powder
•1/2tsp baking soda
•1tbsp cocoa powder
•3tbsp curd
•2tbsp melted butter
•1tsp vanilla essence
•1/2cup milk (can be increased)
For Chocolate Sauce
•Milk/dark Chocolate or Nutella
•1tbsp corn flour
•4-5tbsp milk(can be increased)
•1tbsp Salted butter
•1tbsp powdered sugar(if needed)
•Roughly melted chocolate
