Ingredients for Ricotta Apple Pie for a 22cm/9-inch baking tin:
– 250g or 2 cups flour
– 250g or 1 cup ricotta
– 150g or 3/4 cup sugar
– a half packet of baking powder
– 50ml or 1/5 cup milk
– 2 apples
– 2 eggs
(you can add a pinch of salt and some vanilla extract to the mix, not seen in video)
Pre-Heat Oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
