Today I have a quick and easy recipe for a delicious chicken and mushroom pie.
Ingredients you will need:
– 3 chicken breasts
– 2 lumps of butter
– 250g of mushrooms
– 180g of spinach
– 200ml of double cream
– 1 teaspoon of mustard
– 1 vegetable stock cube
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 teaspoon of plain flour
– Puff pastry
– 1 egg
