Today I’ll be showing you how to make pecan pie. It may not be how everyone else makes theirs, but it always sets firm for me.

Recipe for Pecan Pie:
1 3/4 c sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 c butter
2 tbsp water
2 tsp cornstarch
3 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 pie shell
