Pear Rosemary Pie Recipe

Pear Rosemary Pie:

100 g butter
100g sugar
150g creme fraiche
200g all purpose flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
15g vanilla sugar
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
2-3 Pears (500g)
1 asp. Rosemary

20g melted butter for cover after baking

Bake in 26 cm spring form at 170 degrees celsius for about 30-40 min.
