Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie Protein Pie | Fit Food Meal Prep



This delicious prep worthy protein pie recipe by Mason Woodruff is so easy to make, healthy and delicious. A must try for a healthier dessert option or just for a snack.
Macros:
305 Calories | 23 Protein | 25 Carbs | 13 Fat
Recipe:
-1 Keebler mini pie crust
-3/4 scoop (23g) vanilla protein
-1 Tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
-1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
-2 Tbsp unsweetened apple sauce

1. Pre-heat over to 350 bake pie crust for 5 min
2. Mix remaining ingredients together to form the batter
3. Add batter to the crust and bake for an additional 4-6 minutes being careful not to over cook to batter (gooey consistency is what you are going for).

fit you’re here with us today for a fit
food milk prep and today we’re going to
use a recipe that I got from Maison
Woodruff so if you have any if you want
any delicious Awesome’s
things Maison Woodruff this is if the
mouthful smells so good to make your own
will be able to smell them it’s called a
peanut butter fudge brownie protein pie
so that’s a mouthful but it’s exactly
what it is it’s super easy look at all
the healthy ingredients yep protein
applesauce cocoa powder or peanut butter
and that’s it really that’s all you need
to put in it oh and our little mini
Keebler Pike right so I’m gonna start
measuring things up yeah nice gonna tell
you what she’s measuring but right
before you start run over and pre-heat
your oven okay right now 350 so you want
to preheat it to 350 we’re gonna go
ahead and throw these little puppies in
for 5 minutes so they’re gonna be doing
that well mix measuring everything okay
so I’m going to start with the protein
powder and because we’re doing four
we’re just making the recipe a little
bit larger but normally it’d be 3/4 of a
scoop so I’m going to put three whole
scoops in yeah so if you’re just making
your own little individual pie then you
just do a 3/4 scoop
protein powder smells good no and you
can use it for a protein powder anyway
there is a Mason has won that here as a
man in the delivery
that’s our vanilla creme Murray after
that we’re going to do the cocoa powder
so we were lucky one tablespoon or 83

youtube you’ll be able to watch it again
and we will have a picture of all the
ingredients there’s and the next thing
it’s gonna be the peanut butter so we’re
going to normally do if you’re just
doing one you’re going to do one
tablespoon and how I put this on here

so we’re gonna do six of those yeah two
tablespoons if you’re just doing one
serving otherwise we’re gonna go ahead
and do six because we have or additional
size that we’re gonna do all right here
we go so again this is just a little bit

she does we work with the football team
here where we live and during my
practice practice and she’s out there
hustling her around doing her laps

keep them seeing that you’re moving then
that’s something that they can learn for
lifetime right okay so they’re in for
five minutes just to get in my simple
life so maybe careful not to burn your
fingers just go ahead if you want to

in for five more minutes to cook and
