NO BAKE FLUFFY PEANUT BUTTER PIE

1 8OZ PACK CREAM CHEESE ROOM TEMP
1 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
2 CUPS OF POWDER SUGAR
1/2 TEASPOON PURE VANILLA AND 1 PIE CRUST

1 PINT HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
1/3 CUP POWDER SUGAR (WHIP THESE 3 UNTIL FLUFFY SET ASIDE)
1 TEASPOON PURE VANILLA

OPTIONS USE 2 1/2 CUPS GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS 1/2 STICK BUTTER MIX WELL INSTEAD OF THE PIE CRUST MIX AND BAKE 5 MINUTES @350
OPTION 2 USE 12 OZ OF COOL WHIP INSTEAD OF HEAVY CREAM WHIP

MY PIE CREAM YOUR CREAMCHEESE AND PEANUT BUTTER AND VANILLA UNTIL FLUFFY AND WELL BLENDED THEN BRING YOUR HEAVY WHIP CREAM OVER(MIX IN SEPARATE BOWL) AND DUMP IN PEANUT BUTTER MIXTER.IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THE PIE CRUST MAKE SURE TO BAKE IT …JUST FOLD THE 2 TOGETHER DO NOT OVER MIX OK THEN CHILL 5-6 HOURS

hi everybody welcome back to my cooktophey today we’re gonna be making a peanutbutter pie okay I made one of these justtwo days ago and that was went prettywell everybody loved it you’d besurprised that the people that havenever had peanut butter pie if you’venever had ityou surely need to try it because itsurely is goodokay so the first thing we’re gonna dois we’re gonna get our mix our creammixture whipped up and what we’re gonnado is we’re gonna start with an 8 ounceumpackage of Philadelphia Cream Cheese getthe original make sure things are atroom temperature okay and then thesecond thing we’re gonna do is we’regonna take and we’re gonna dump a cup ofpeanut butter in here and we’re gonnamix that in okay and we’ll get thismixed up and then we’ll add our powderedsugar to that okay so we’re also gonnaadd a teaspoon of vanilla to this okayso put that in there just like that okayso let me whip this up real quick itwon’t take long then we’ll add our sugar[Music][Applause][Music][Applause][Music]okay now I have a cup no two cups ofpowdered sugar in this ball okay so whatwe want to do is we want to add that inthere just be careful when you go tostart your beaters back up you don’thave powdered sugar flying everywhere sostart out slow you might have to scrapeyour side[Music]they’ll be massive no matter which wayyou look atstart out smallprobably should only put half of it inthere and then went from there I wasn’tthinking[Music][Applause][Music][Music]okay I want to scrape these sides andwe’ll beat that up because we don’t wantany we don’t want to see any powderedsugar we don’t want to see any lumps orclumps we want this to be as smooth aspossible okay[Music][Music]okay that’s good right there okay let mewipe my mess up real quick because Ican’t function right when things arelaying everywhere drives me nutsespecially on a black stovetop well thatwas a big mistakelast oh they had was white and but theseblack ones don’t ever buy one okay sonow what we want to do is I took a onepint of heavy whipping cream okay and Iadded a third of a cup of powdered sugarand a tablespoon of but no I’m sorry ateaspoon of vanilla okay and this iswhat I ended up with and what we’regonna do is we’re gonna take this andwe’re gonna fold it in this mixture hereso what I wanted to do is I like to savea little bit of that so I can spreadthat on top of my pie so I need to findI’m gonna wake the spoon off cuz I gottause this okay so let me dump that inthere okay now I want to save a littlebit for my at the top of my pie so whatyou want to do is you just want to foldit in there don’t try to mix it too hardbecause the more you do that you’regonna lose your fluffinessokay just enough to get it all mixedaround and you’re probably gonna want tolet this set you’re gonna one let thischill probably a good five six hoursokay till everything sets up real goodmm-hmm okay we’re just about there let’sstir it up real nice now if you don’twanna do the whipping cream you can alsouse a 12 a 12 ounce cool web versusbeaten this with the beater okay if youwant to go an easier route but I likethis because it actually gives a verygood a lot better taste I think more Bobyou put into something the more rewardsthere are so remember that okay sothat’s good right there I’m not gonnatouch that any further although thenputting it in our dish okay so the otherday my first pie I made I did use thegraham cracker crumbs okay so I thoughttoday I’d I would try this okay so youjust roll your crust out and in order toget the round circle in the pan all Idid was flip my pie tin over set mycrust on top of that and just cut aroundthe edges and tada okay and then you bitwant to bake that for about 10-15minutes just to get it um nice and brownso all we’re gonna do is we’re gonnadump all this in the pan okay that’sgonna be a nice fluffy peanut butter pieokay I’m like I said you want to letthis chill at least a good five to sixhours if not overnight okayjust kind of try not to spread it outoh just kind of just give it a littleattention there okay and like I saidchill it good and when this chills upI’ll chose up a little bit I’ll take itout now spread the rest of the head onthere okay and there’s my peanut butterpie so you try it if you’ve never hadpeanut butter pie it really is deliciousokay so I’ll leave on the rest of peoplehaul and I’ll also leave a few differentoptions for you if you don’t want to usethe pie crust you can use the grahamcrackers I’ve seen people use Oreocookies okayso yeah it’s all about how you want ityou want to do it easy or you want to gothe hard way okay so yeah give it a trycome back leave a like comment good stopright there thanks for watching
