Ingredients:
Crust
6 whole graham crackers (9 if using just graham crackers)
20 vanilla wafers (can leave out and use just graham crackers)
6 tablespoons butter, melted
Pastry Cream
2 cups whole milk
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large (or 4 medium) ripe bananas
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 sliced banana for topping (tossed with lemon or lime juice), optional
