No bake 15 mins easy eggless dessert recipe | Classic Banoffee Pie | Simple Dulce de leche recipe |

Ingredients

2 packets digestive biscuits
100 grams melted butter
2 ripe bananas
1 can condensed milk
200 ml sweetened whipping cream
50 grams chocolate

Method

Crush 2 packets of digestive biscuits in a blender. Mix melted butter in it. Make a base layer of digestive biscuits in a spring form cake pan. Flattened it and keep it in refrigerator. Meanwhile make Dulce de leche by putting a sealed condensed milk can in a pressure cooker completely submerged in water and pressure cook it for 25-30 minutes.Do not open the hot pressure cooker or the can. Let it cool for 2 hrs. Prepare the whipped cream by whipping the cream for 5 – 10 minutes or till it thickens. Cut bananas into slices. Take out the cooled condensed milk can from the pressure cooker and transfer it into a bowl. Now start assembling the banoffee pie. Take out the cake tin from the refrigerator, add a layer of thickened condensed milk (dulce de leche) on it followed by a layer of sliced bananas, top it with thickened cream and chocolate shavings. Chill it for an hour before serving.
