hi if you want to learn how to make myversion of shepherd’s pieall you have to do is watch this videoI’ve already boiled about 6 potatoeswith its skin on and I have about 3 to400 grams of chopped up beef with alittle bit of fat I’m going to take onechopped up onion and saute it in oiland while the onion saute I’m going tograte the potato like this with the skinon add the garlic and the rosemarycelery’s of you have it rather than bethe one stopnext up with me dice tomatoes seasonedwith salt and tubthis is what I’ve used today rush backto youadd a little water cover it you cookthis for five minutestomatoes are soft I grated the potatoesor whether it’s K’naan but you may takeit off I don’t mind there are pieces ofskin coming in I think it’s quite yummyanyway so after that I added 1 teaspoonof salt cracker black pepper red chiliflakes there is a hundred ml cream 2tbsp butter a teaspoon and a half or soof fresh parsley I’ve also added thejuice of one lemon and I’m just going tomix it up with a knife or fork not mashit and I’m gonna add a beaten egg tothis folder then mix it well thing Ishould use a now that’s done enoughtaken a Pyrex Bowl or for round one butI have a square oneand I blind the sides with parchmentpaper I’m going to be putting this inthe middleflatten it out okay what I’ve done isI’ve raised the sides and I have kind ofcreated a sort of a well in the centerto put the beef in this way the mix isready I am just about ready to add thebeef village and remember I’m usingunderfed G so listen up second seasonfour minutesOliver to do is lightly seasoned thatwith black pepper and[Music]and the beat is ready I’m going to beputting it in the center and there’sabout 150 to 200 grams of shreddedcheddar cheese and that goes in the ovenat about 200 degrees for 15 to 20minutes and I just turn the lowerheating on the top one is not on becauseI want the bottom bit to be first 35minutes I want to check I’m not going toturn on the top portion to start theheating and so it’s Browns the cheese alittle bit but I think this is ready youtake another five minutes and that’sreally a garnish not grilled in soilleaves the salad is ready and so is thepasta so this is gonna be a dinnertonight what do you guys thinkyou
