How to make Crawfish Pie | Toasted Cooking

SORRY the audio I sounds buzzy , I switched programs.
1. On Med. heat melt butter in non stick saucepan then add onion, bell pepper, and celery
2. Let cook until vegetables are soft, add cream cheese, & stir together
5. Add corn & rotel , & remain to cook on Med. heat
6. Prep. pie crust and bake lightly
7. Add crawfish to pie filling, salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, garlic, & onion powder, crab boil extract, & Italian breadcrumbs
8. Add filling to pie crust, top with Asiago cheese, place pizza crust on top & bake until crust is brown on 350 degrees

1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. Butter
3 Tsp. Tony’s Chachere’s (Cajun seasoning)
2 Tsp. Cajun Land crab boil extract
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Italian Bread Crumb
1 Onion
1 Bell Pepper
6 sticks Celery
1 can Rotel diced tomato
1 can Corn
1 Lb. Peeled Crawfish
1 Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2-1 Lb. Asiago cheese
Thin crust pizza dough
Pie Crust
