Chilled Lemon Pie (No Bake)
◽Ingredients
🔸Wheat biscuits 2 packets (larger)
🔸Butter 2 tbsp
🔸Condensed milk 1 tin
🔸Whipped Cream 1 1/2 packet
🔸Lemon juice 2 tbsp
🔸Yellow food colour 1 pinch + 1tsp water
🔸Gelatin 7 tsp + 12 tsp water
◽Procedure
1. Crush the biscuits and add butter
2. Set it in a shallow dish (1/4 inch) or a pie tray and let it set in refrigerator for half an hour
3. Beat cream, Condensed milk, food colour dissolved with water and lemon juice
4. In a small heat proof bowl add half of the gelatin with half of the water and mix it well. Microwave it for 10 second or long until the crystals are fully dissolved. Then slowly add more gelatin amd water and microwave if needed.
5. Add the gelatin into the cream mixture and mix gently.
NOTE: Let the gelatin cool to room temperature before adding to the cream mixture. Don’t let it set too much that it solidifies
6. Pour the mixture on the biscuit base and let it set for 7 to 8 hours or even over night
7. Top it with whipped cream Lemon slices and mint
