How to make a Sweet Potato Pie| Holiday Baking

Recipe:
Tip: I used a hand mixer, Please use a stand mixer if available.
Ingredients
3-4 plump sweet potatoes
1 1/2 cup of Carnation milk
1/2 cup of flour
1 stick of softened butter
2-3 cups of sugar
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 traditional pie shells,
Bake first 50-60 mins on 350

Boil 3-4 medium sized potatoes until able to stick fork straight through. (See Video)
Once boiled peel skin off of potatoes and place in bowl with butter. (See Video)
Once all potatoes are peeled begin to mash and mix the potatoes with butter.
Remove any big clumps
Use Mixer to mix potatoes with butter and to remove any strings.
Remove and clean attachments 3-4 times.
Start adding sugar while mixing.
In a separate bowl mix together flour and milk be sure to mix until no lumps.
Sit flour mix to the side
Slowly start to add milk to batter while mixing.
Once milk is added slowly start adding flour mix.
Continue mixing until ingredients combined.
Crack 3 eggs and place in bowl.
Add one egg to batter at a time.
Mix
Preheat oven to 350
Take Pieshells out of freezer
Continue to mix.
Add pinch of salt
Mix
Add Cinnamon
Mix
Add Nutmeg
Mix
Taste mixture to determine what else maybe needed sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg etc.
Pour batter in to Pie Shells evenly
Bake on 350 for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
Voila a sweet potato pie.
