The Recipe-
Cherry Pie Filling

What you’ll need:
-4 cups of pitted cherries(drained if necessary)
-1/3 cup of cornstarch(or more depending on how much water your cherries have)
-1 1/2 cups of sugar(or more depending on tartness)
1)Combine your cherries, cornstarch, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until it thickens
2)After your dough has chilled, roll out one disk to the size of your pie dish, add your cooled filling
3)Roll our your second disk to the same size and put in top of the first, crimping the edges(optionally, you can do a lattice pattern on top too)
9)Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until the crust is golden brown the the filling is bubbly, you may need to cover the crust with tin foil if it is browning too quickly
9)Let fully cool before cutting
