How to Make a Baked Apple Empanada | Apple Hand Pies | Collaboration with @Liezel at Home

My newest Apple Empanada Recipe. My version of Apple Hand Pies.

Apple Empanada Recipe
* Ingredients:
2 packages Pie Crust (4pcs)
5 Gala Apple (4 cups)
1 tsp Lemon
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
3/4 cups brown sugar
* For Egg wash
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
* Use 5’ round to mold the pie crust
* Bake 425 F for 20 minutes
* Serve with Vanilla ice cream
