Ingredients
Cheese Sauce
2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups of cheese
1 package of Trinidad Pride Macaroni
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cayenne powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Berties Pimento sauce
1/2 tsp Tony’s Creole Seasoning
1 tsp green seasoning
2 tsp Badia Complete seasoning
1/2 tsp minced onion
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 Cup of Cheese (for the pie)
Bake at 350 covered in foil and then 25 mins at 350 uncovered
