HOW TO BAKE NIGERIAN MEAT PIE ( Chef Bling’s

Nigerian Meat Pie Dough;

• Plain flour 1kg
• Margarine or butter 500g
• Baking Powder 1teaspoon or 15g
• salt 2 pinches
• cold milk or water half cup
• Eggs 2

Nigerian meat pie filing

• 1 Medium sized onion
• 3 or 4 Medium sized carrots
• 2 or 3 Medium sized Irish potatoes
• 500g of minced meat.( ground beef)
• 1 spoon of vegetable oil
• Maggi
• Salt
• Plain flour to ( thickening)
• water
