This video is about Cabbage and Carrot Pie Recipe – perfect for lunch! This light and very tasty pie is absolutely perfect for lunch or even dinner. Very easy to make and ready in just 45 min. You can make this pie for breakfast as well! With very simple ingredients its also a healthy option and made with yoghurt and no butter with loads of vegetable filling.
1 small cabbage
3 small carrots
baking powder 5g
thick greek style yoghurt 400g
salt, pepper, cinnamon and brown sugar to season. This pie can be made with any seasoning you like, add some spicy flavours if you wish!
Bake any 180c for 45 min.
