how to bake egg pie or ( No oven)

ingredients:
for the Crust
1 ½ cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ cup cold butter …unsalted
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp cold water

For the Filling
1 can (375 mL) evaporated milk
4 whole egg
1 cup sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla
