Preheat the oven within 375% and bake them 30-50 minutes or more until the crust is golden brown.
***Ingredients for blackberry pie***
2 1/1 cup of flour
2 Tbsp of sugar
1 cup of unsalted butter (Any brand)
1 egg beaten
2-3 Tbsp melted ice water
PUT IT INTO THE FREEZE WITHIN 1 HOUR.
* * For the fillings **
4 cups fresh blackberry (Drained very well)
2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1Tsp of lemon zest
1/4 Tbsp cornstarch OR icing sugar
2/3 cup of sugar
1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon
Last ,beaten egg on the top
