Hello guys here is Angelina ones again and I did this video, and try to bake an egg pie als representing our delicious egg pie the world, and making it as a present for my German colleague. And guest what they’re so amaze how it taste like!!!
Here is the recipe:
For the crust we need,
1.5 cup of flour
1/5 cup of cold water
1 egg yolk
115g of cold butter
2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
For the filling,
4pcs of large eggs
200ml Whipping cream
340ml of milk (prefer evaporated milk)
1 cup of sugar
5ml Vanilla flavor
5ml lemon juice
Have fun baking it!
