Egg Pie Pinoy Recipe

Naalala ko pa noon nung bata pa ako. mayaman ka na pag nakabili ka ng egg pie sa bakery. bihira lang ako makakain nito. madalas boling spanish bread o iba pang tig pipiso o tigdo dos na tinapay ang nabibili ko.
pero ngayon kaya ko na syang bilhin at ibake pa.
gawing inspirasyon at motibasyon ang nakaraan para maging mahusay at matagumay ngayon at sa hinaharp.

Ingredients:

Para sa ating Crust:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp white sugar
3 tbsp ice water
1/2 cup unsalted butter

Para sa ating Filling:

1 3/4 cups evaporated milk
4 pcs eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1 pc egg white (Gagamitin sa paggawa ng Mirangue)
