Instructions:
Place your Pavlova pie into the oven preheated to 215F (100 C )
bake for about 1 hr-1hr 15 minutes.
When your Pavlova is ready, turn the oven off and leave the door closed for an hour And never open to check before 1h
Ingredients:
6 egg whites
350g sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp corn starch
Topping:
200ml Whipped cream
1 tbsp sugar
