I found a recipe for this and I had everything I needed to go in it. I was so easy to make and so good. I had this for breakfast and have enough left for 5 more meals.
Easy Cheeseburger Pie
1 pound of ground meat
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Brown your ground meat, salt and onion, when done, drain. Place in greased pie pan. Place cheese on top. Mix bisquick, eggs, and milk together and pour on top. Bake 400 degrees for 36 minutes or until done.
